  • For issues/problems regarding purchases on our website, please click Contact Us.  If you had a problem ordering tickets or making a payment, we will do everything  we can to remedy the situation and accommodate your ticket request.
  • UNM's Main Ticket Office (located at University Arena - The Pit) is open Monday thru Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. If you encountered a problem with ordering tickets on the web, and it is during regular office hours, please call us directly at 505-925-5627 and we will try to immediately solve your issue.
  • Along with purchasing tickets at www.unmtickets.com, tickets may also be purchased these ways:
  • Albertson's Stores in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho/Los Lunas/Santa Fe (7 days a week, 9AM to 8PM).
