  • Can I scalp my tickets?
    Scalping of collegiate athletic tickets is illegal in the state of New Mexico.  In addition, no tickets are to be resold on University property at any price.

  • What if I buy my tickets from unauthorized third parties?
    UNM is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties.   Tickets could have been lost, stolen, or reprinted.  If you encounter a problem with your third-party purchase, you will need to deal directly with the third party.  Customers purchasing through third parties, are taking a risk that the tickets they purchase may be invalid.

  • Why can't I find a discounted price? 
    If no discount appears on the discount page, the event does not offer discounts.

  • Can I get a refund?
    We do not offer refunds, unless the show or event is cancelled.

  • Can I exchange my tickets?
    Arts: For arts events, you may exchange Broadway tickets for tickets within the same run (i.e. Gypsy for another showing of Gypsy).
    Athletics: For Athletics, we do not exchange single game tickets. We will exchange season tickets up to the first game.

  • I lost my tickets, what can I do?
    We will reprint the tickets ONLY for the account holder on record.

  • What is "Will Call" and how do I get my tickets?
    Will Call is a window where your tickets can be picked up on event day/night. Please have a picture ID and the confirmation number. Will Call is open at least 1 hour before every event. To guarantee your seats, you must pick up your tickets BEFORE the event starts. Will-Call hours (after the event starts) vary by event.

  • How can I get a parking pass?
    Athletics: For athletic events, contact the Lobo Club at 925-5014.
    Arts: There are no parking passes for Arts events.

  • What age qualifies as a senior?
    Athletics: Please call 925-5626 for information on individual Athletics events
    Arts: Please call 277-4569 for information on individual Arts performances.

  • What age qualifies as a child?
    Athletics: Ages 2 to 18 for Athletic events only.
    Arts: Please call 277-4569 for information on individual Arts performances. 

  • Do I need a ticket for my 2 year old?
    Every event has its own rules regarding children.
    Athletics: For athletic events, ages 2 and up needs a ticket (1 and under are free).
    Popejoy:For all events in the Popejoy Series, everyone regardless of age needs a ticket.
    Other events, you will have to call 277-4569 to check.

  • How do I redeem my gift certificate?
    Gift vouchers may now be used online. Simply click "Pay with Gift Voucher" on the Payment screen.
    Note: If the Gift Certificate was purchased before 12/01/17, it must be redeemed in person.

  • What is standing room only?
    It means you stand for the performance or game. You will not have a seat.

  • How can I talk to a real person?
    Athletics: For Athletics, you may call 505-925-5626, Mon-Fri 8:30-5. 
    Arts: For Arts questions, call 505-277-4569, Tues-Fri 10-6.

  • What is a Print@Home Ticket?
    A Print@Home Ticket is a PDF Document that is attached to your email confirmation. In order to use the Print@Home Ticket you must be able to open PDF Documents and print them out.

  • I cannot print my Print@Home Ticket, what do I do?
    If you experience difficulty in printing your Print@Home Ticket, please print your confirmation email or write down your Order Confirmation/Reference Number and take it to the Will Call window at the event. Please have a valid picture ID available.

  • I cannot find my confirmation email, what do I do?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to your safe sender list. If the Confirmation email is not in your spam folder, please give us a call at 505-925-5626. If you are unable to contact anyone at our office, please go to the will call window on the night of the event and we will print your tickets.

  • How can I buy Tickets?
    Tickets can be purchased online at www.unmtickets.com, via our phone room (505-925-5858; Mon-Fri , 10-4), Lobo Ticket Office (Mon-Fri, 8:30-5), and the Bookstore Ticket Office (Tue-Fri, 10-6; Sat , 12-4).
