ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE
Córdoba-born Marta Gálvez’s dance-theatre solo, Dama de noche, follows the life cycle of the night-blooming flower. Gálvez builds scenes from twilight flowering, pollination, ripening, and closure at dawn, turning botanical change into a dramaturgical portrait of a woman artist, embodying feminine memory and renewal. The lush and elegant choreography draws on multiple languages of danza española, escuela bolera, and flamenco, inviting audiences into a staged transformation that is intimate, musical, and precise.
